A light-hearted one-act opera by  Oliver Knussen, based on a beloved children's book by Maurice Sendak. It follows the adventures of Jennie the Sealyham terrier who leaves home to find the meaning of life and ends up as leading lady in The World Mother Goose Theater, performing alongside a pig, a cat, and lion.

A one-act version of Mozart's classic tale of a young nobleman lost in a fantastical world of magical creatures and enchanted musical instruments, who is sent on a mission to rescue an imprisoned princess.
